The Norwich Elementary Library/Media Center’s mission is to serve the students and staff in our building by providing the information and resources they need to be successful in their learning endeavors.

Our goal is for students to clarify their task, design and develop strategies, choose appropriate information sources, apply these sources to answer their questions and problems, to evaluate their performance and to integrate technology in their quest to become life long learners.

The celebration of literature, the teaching and practice of research skills and the integration of technology into learning activities will empower our students to become productive members of their community.
