Intradistrict Transfers for Norwich Elementary

           *Every student must pre-register and screen at their home school and follow their home school screening procedures. (Screening only applies to incoming kindergarteners.) 

• *Transfer forms will be available at the administration building or any elementary school on March 5, 2012. Complete the form and send to the address on the form        by the deadline date.
• *The principals will be meeting in May to review the list of transfers along with available spots open in each building. Norwich actually has its own attendance area, however smaller than the rest of the district. The number of spots available for the lottery depends on how many students from our own attendance area have registered.
• *Your home school will contact you some time the end of May to let you know if you were granted this transfer.
• *If a transfer is granted, you will need to provide your own transportation to and from Norwich. Shuttle buses are no longer provided from the home school. Transportation will continue to be provided in the Norwich/Britton busing zones to Norwich as we share bus routes. 
• *The kindergarten program at Norwich is all day every day. They go to school the same time as the rest of the school which is 9:05 to 3:40 each day.
