Monthly Wellness Challenge!
February is the second month of the wellness challenges! This month’s challenge is to be
“Heart Healthy”! More information will be coming home soon.
Here are some activities to complete the challenge (complete 4):
walking a mile on the walking path (6 laps),
collecting one pledge for Jump Rope for your Heart,
brush and flossing every night for one week,
helping prepare a low sodium meal,
walking to school with a friend,
eat a heart healthy meal 3x with your family,
breathing deeply when frustrated.
Forms are due AFTER February 29!
